Captiva Elliptical
The Captiva elliptical trainer is one of Yowza's best fitness machines. It incorporates several innovative and patented technologies that are designed to provide users with smooth and biomechanically correct workouts. Yowza's Captiva is no ordinary elliptical. This is a cardio-core elliptical. Users of the Captiva will experience a new way of working out. The elliptical is good for interval training. It targets the abdomens while also providing for a high-intensity cardiovascular workout. The Captiva does this by using patented counter-rotational core motion and variable motion elliptical technologies. These two technologies combined maximize upper and lower body movements so as to target the full range of abdominal muscles. All this is facilitated by a roller-less, rear drive system, which is both propels inertia away from to the back of the machine, thus preventing knee sheer, as is common for front-drive systems. The variable motion elliptical technology allows users to customize the length of their strides. Custom stride lengths can go from 18" to 32". Sure-Fit self-pivoting pedals help users experience a natural movement of their ankles and feet. These pedals flex with the stride path so as to provide a fluid motion for users. Features:
