Agile DMT Elliptical
The Agile DMT Elliptical Trainer is one of two Adjustable Motion elliptical machines that Smooth Fitness offers. The other model is the Agile DMT-X2 Elliptical Trainer. Both these units incorporate the company's innovative Dynamic Motion Trainer (DMT) technology. Adjustable motion elliptical trainers differ from the standard motion elliptical trainers in the range of their motion. With DMT trainers such as the Agile Elliptical, users get 12 distinct patters of motion. A standard motion elliptical only gets 3 patterns of motion. The benefit of having more patterns of motion is that the machine can more realistically simulate a user's natural walking and running motion, thus reducing stress to the knees, shins, and feet. With the Agile DMT Elliptical Trainer, users will experience a smooth and enjoyable workout. They'll be able to receive a complete body workout without having to worry about injuring themselves. Several features help make the Agile DMT an effective workout solution. The unit comes with 13 preset workout routines that users can start with. There are 20 different intensity level settings with which workouts changed to. The stride length is adjustable, accommodating to a greater range of users.
